1. Overview & Consultation Scope
These terms govern astrology readings, horoscope analysis, and consultation services offered by Pandit Gopal Purohit at Jyotish Margdarshan (Hingoli, Maharashtra). By booking or engaging in a consultation, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of Astrological Guidance & Disclaimer
Vedic astrology is an ancient spiritual science based on planetary mathematics, time-honored shastras, and traditional interpretations. All consultations and readings are meant for guidance, self-reflection, and spiritual counselling:
- Astrological readings are not a substitute for qualified professional advice (legal, medical, psychiatric, or licensed financial planning).
- Final life decisions, marriages, investments, or medical procedures remain entirely the personal discretion and responsibility of the client.
- We offer honest, earnest interpretations based on classical Parashari principles without making fatalistic claims.
3. Appointment Bookings & Timings
Consultations take place either in person at our chamber in Hemraj Galli, Hingoli, or via telephone/WhatsApp by prior scheduled appointment. We request clients to be punctual and provide accurate birth details (date, time, and city of birth).
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive for client satisfaction and sincere spiritual guidance. Our refund policy is as follows:
- If an appointment is cancelled by the client at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation slot, a full reschedule or refund will be accommodated upon request.
- Once an in-depth chart reading or consultation session has commenced or been delivered, consultation fees are non-refundable as they represent the astrologer's dedicated time and preparation.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any dispute arising in connection with our services are subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Hingoli, Maharashtra.
